This is so key as I am undergoing a dental implant where I have a bone graft. I was told that you really want to make sure to take care of any vit d and k deficiencies. So far, my recovery is going great. I really think it helps. I will likely continue to take it after everything heals, b/c it's kinda cool to know you're bone density is healthy.

It is difficult to review the efficacy of this item because it usually takes a while to see results, or because it is part of a health routine that is ongoing. As far as absorbency goes, I gave it 5 stars, but can really attest to that without blood tests or whatever.<br /><br />So I will review what I can: The packaging was good. The box was sealed as was the glass jar. It is a pump and has the dosage on the jar. I like that it has no sugar in it. The taste is pleasant. I tried it straight and also mixed with water. Either way was not a problem taste wise.<br /><br />There is tiny print on the dosage instructions that states it needs to be refrigerated after opening. I think that would be helpful to be more prominent on the box.

I like getting my vitamins this way. The flavor is a bit off to me though. I've been using the same brand for the B vitamins and that flavor is completely different. I am not sure if it's because D needs to have oil? And that changes the flavor or freshness? Still taking it daily. Keep it sitting next to my coffee maker and squirt it directly into my mouth. It is much easier for me to keep up with taking my vitamins this way than the traditional way.

Yay! No more pills to take. Easy to use and I like how I can control the dosage with a pump.

Easy to take orange flavored supplement that combines both vitamin d3 & k2. They both go hand in hand together as far as absorbency and complimenting each other’s functions.

I've tried a couple of the Codeage liposomal products by now, and they all seem to be good quality. The only thing is that you have to keep it in the fridge after opening it, so it might be difficult to remember to use. On the bright side, though, liposomal vitamins absorb at any time, food or not, so you don't have to time it outside of some vitamins being more stimulating or sedating than others (for instance some people may find that vitamin d keeps them awake if taken later in the day.)
