These are easy to swallow and I have had no adverse reactions to them. I have been taking collagen for a while and I love that this is only 2 capsules but that is a lower dosage than my usual collagen. I will stick with the 2 to see if I notice a difference. If you only take the recommended 2, this is a 2 month supply and at this price point, that is a very good value.

After a month of daily use I see a noticeable improvement in my skin, hair, and nails.

These are Bovine collagen supplements with added biotin, selenium, and zinc. They are easy to swallow, GMP manufactured, and made in Italy. I haven't had any negative side effects from taking these and so far it's going well.

Easy to like this product and the seller is completely up front about the ingredients, including the bovine source for the collagen. This is not vegan.<br /><br />The good manufacturing practice seal is on the container and it came sealed with a protective cellophane wrap.<br /><br />There is really no smell to this product and it has other good ingredients for the skin like vit. C, biotin, and Selenium. I received this in Feb 2023 and the expiration is September 2025.<br /><br />The 1 g of hydrolyzed collagen per two capsules is surprisingly low as I have read some studies suggesting 4.5 to 10 g per day is optimal for skin. If you took more than 2 of these capsules per day then you would have too much of the other things in this product so the 2 capsules is about right for this product overall --- so I plan to supplement this with another collagen product that I use in my smoothie.

I like this product. It doesn't hurt my stomach. It is easy to swallow. It appears to offer quite a few different benefits. I find that it works best with a good diet and exercise. I enjoyed it more with a little food in my stomach which helps to time the release of the product in my system. I feel generally good when taking this. I would recommend this product!

A very good collagen capsule supplement that's a great travel companion to be included in carryon luggage at the airport. Supplement powder is an inconvenience during traveling for business or leisure and this is perfect for those occasions and these collagen capsules are a great alternative. This supplement also includes Biotin, Vitamin C, Selenium, and Hyaluronic acid that aid in the absorption of collagen into the body which help with your hair, skin elasticity, joint inflammation, and bone maintenance. I've been taking these for a week and it seems to help a bit with my arthritis joint inflammation and for us over 60 plus crowd this is an important supplement since our body produces a lot less of its own collagen. I would recommend this as a good supplement especially when travelling or on the road.
