Will be purchasing this again, no question!

I purchased this because I noticed when I was washing my hair a lot was coming out. I kid-you-not. I noticed a difference within 2 weeks, I don't know how that's even possible. I don't think I would believe it if I read a review saying it made a difference within 2 weeks myself.

I don't know if my hair is getting any thicker as of yet but my hair is no longer falling like it was.

I'm so glad I didn't go cheap, I did the research felt like this would be best and lo-and-behold I was actually right!

Very expensive but not worth it ... sticking to Rainbow Light

I bought these after Rainbow Light discontinued the Rejuvenage 40+ line of multivitamins which I loved. I had taken Rainbow Light Women's One for a while, which I liked but not as much as the Rejuvenage 40+. So I bought these to try them. The vitamin content is much lower than the Rainbow Light Women's One, but I figured the herbal blend would make up for it. Well, it didn't work for me, at all. Almost as soon as I started taking them, all of my nails broke off. After a few weeks they got brittle, started peeling, and wouldn't grow back. I didn't feel as energized as I did on the Rainbow Lights, and after a month or so I started seeing varicose veins in the legs, etc. I took the Mega Food vitamins for three months to give them a chance, just in case it was just my body's reaction to the change. But no, there was only a steady increase in the things that I take expensive vitamins to avoid.

So, for me, these vitamins are not worth the money they charge for them. Sticking to Rainbow Light.

Item Pictured Not What I Received

Although, I love the Whole Vitamins the 1 star rating is for the seller. What I received is not what is pictured or described. I specifically wanted the one pictured because it has a lower IU count of vitamin D since I take a high IU vitamin D supplement already. I've been taking the one pictured for well over a year and it works great but I will have to return what I received and just buy it from Mom's organic instead. It's a little gighr there but at least I know I'll be getting what want. Amazon, you need take this picture down and/or change the seller.
