I can see a big improvement in the strength of my nails, and I'm not seeing as much loose hair after washing/conditioning it! I like that these supplements are non-GMO, do not contain artificial colors, preservatives, are made in USA in a GMP-audited facility. Time will tell how this works for encouraging new hair to grow, but I'm thrilled that I'm seeing less hair fall out since taking these. My thin, brittle nails are much stronger and thicker!

This is my first time trying Biotin. I was a bit nervous so I did a little research on this product prior to taking. I don’t have any heart problems so this would beneficial for me. I’m taking this to help boost my metabolism. I’ve only been taking this for a week so I can’t tell if it’s working yet.
