This product was truly value for money as it contains strains that are very essential to good digestion, especially for problems like ulcerative colitis, but unlike many other options, is much more economical. I hope the sellers maintain this USP.

Has all the strains I was looking for. I think it helps. At the very least it's a cheap placebo. But I think it's helping.
