Do Not Buy the Strawberry<br />It's inedible, I buy the vanilla regularly and love it, this tasted nothing like strawberry, it just tasted like vegetables. Not one of the six of us in the house could get ourselves to finish a glass.
Pretty good, not to sweet not to blah. Best with milk but mixes easily and well with water. I prefer the strawberry banana flavor but this one is not bad at all. Having worked in a health food store for a few years I've tried many "meal replacement shakes" and this one Gives me a boost in the morning just when I need it and staves off hunger until lunch.
I had been quite happy with the Banana and Cherries Jubilee flavors so thought I'd try the Strawberry version. While the taste is ok (not as good as some reviews would have you believe), the Dietary Fiber is much lower in Strawberry flavor than many of the other flavors. Just something to be aware of for those trying to get their daily fiber. The 3 flavors that I have tried have NOT "Mixes Instantly" as the label would have you believe but they do mix pretty well. You would really need a mixing ball in your shaker or some other method of getting all of the little clumps mixed in well. UPDATE: I found out yesterday, that by adding an ounce or two of water to my 8ozs of milk before shaking, helped all of the clumps dissolve like they should!
Highly recommended! I’ve used this product for years and it doesn’t disappoint. Good flavor and smooth consistency. I used to purchase vanilla, but once they changed the flavor, I switched to strawberry. Best protein powder by far!
