Mixed feelings, leaning positive
Recovery between sessions has clearly improved; less soreness the next day. Consistent quality across every tub I've bought so far. Zero clumping, which I appreciate since my old one needed a whisk every time. The taste is the dealbreaker for me — way too artificial and lingers for hours.

Decent, with a couple of caveats
Started noticing better recovery after about two weeks of consistent use. Cost per serving is lower than my old brand and the quality is at least as good. Quality felt inconsistent between batches — color and texture varied.

Better than the name brands
Consistent quality across every tub I've bought so far. Label is clear about dosing and the bottle doesn't take up much shelf space. Saw a real difference in my hair and nails within a month — not placebo, measurable.
