Mixes clean with just a shaker bottle — no clumps and no grit at the bottom. Honestly tastes like a treat rather than a chore. Not worth the premium — comparable products cost less per serving.
Flavor is bland at best, slightly chemical at worst. Does not dissolve well — I end up chewing little lumps, which is unpleasant.
Label is clear about dosing and the bottle doesn't take up much shelf space. Started noticing better recovery after about two weeks of consistent use. Zero clumping, which I appreciate since my old one needed a whisk every time. Far too sweet, almost cloying. I have to mask it with extra liquid.
