The capsules were easy to swallow. Since I took them three times a day as instructed, it was nice to have something that went down easily and didn't make me feel nauseated after taking it.One thing I noticed is I feel like I had more energy throughout my day. I'm not one to eat a lot of foods containing magnesium, and I've read that if you have low energy you might be magnesium deficient. Weird smell. Asked for a Certificate of Authenticity and got a pdf that looks like the CIA had audited it. Magnesium is very relaxing for the dose. Buyers beware.
