I don't know what happened at the factory but when I opened it the protective seal appeared burnt and had scattered these little aluminum pieces (I'm hoping) into the protein powder.<br /><br />Not a good first impression.<br /><br />Probably still good to drink but that's kinda gross to open some protein powder and have what you think at first glance is mold.

One of my biggest hardships with bettering my lifestyle is chugging down a protein drink because they are SO gross. With water it makes me want to puke, with milk it get so thick (from shaking it) and sits in my stomach like a rock.<br /><br />I got the cookies and cream and vanilla toffee flavor and just tried the oreo one. It tastes SO so good. I took my first sip and got surprised that not one part of me thought it was gross at all. I gladly finished the whole cup, which means it'll be easier to take 2-3 scoops in a day to meet my protein goals. If you're someone who loves oreo, definitely get this flavor. 25g of protein and less than 30 dollars, definitely worth it all.

As an Asian speaking. This is dookie in terms of flavor/taste. I mean it’s cheap and probably does the job some I’m not going to knock it for it’s purpose but it’s nasty. Probably better off spending more money for a match flavor protein mix straight from Japan

I've had some issues with Whey in the past. Sometimes it has a really funky taste or it doesn't blend well. Thankfully this one doesn't have a funky taste and it blends perfectly.<br /><br />FLAVOR<br /><br />So first I should say that I never drink / eat this stuff by itself. I've always mixed Whey into something else. That being said, this adds a slight vanilla flavor that is pretty nice and combines with other things well. I actually combine it with frozen fruit (pineapple is one of the best) and coconut milk. That makes an excellent smoothie.<br /><br />CONSISTANCY<br /><br />Like I said, this blends in really well. At no point have I ended up with chunks of powder or any kind of grittiness.<br /><br />REACTION<br /><br />I put this one in here because I've tried some powders that upset my stomach a little or left me feeling off. This one doesn't do that to me. I feel find after consuming it.<br /><br />This is one of the best Wheys I've tried. However there are others that are just as good. If you have one of you like and it's the same price or cheaper, stick with it. If this one is cheaper, go for it. You won't be disappointed.

If you're buying this because you enjoy matcha, then buy a different product. You will be very disappointed with not only the taste being nothing like matcha, but also I'm the quality of the product being poor.

Honestly I liked the matcha flavor. People who want exact flavor are dreaming. It’s protein powder what do you really expect? What I will say is after three+ years drinking protein, new flavors are refreshing. Chocolate, strawberry , vanilla, etc… gets old. So try the matcha switch it up for a change. They always say just because your on a diet and exercising your food doesn’t have to suck and be repetitive.
