Disappointed after a full bottle

Needs a blender to mix properly, a shaker just doesn't cut it. Didn't notice any of the benefits the label promises, even after a full bottle. Scoop was buried at the very bottom — minor, but annoying out of the gate.

Tastes way better than I expected for a supplement; I actually look forward to taking it. For what you pay, the ingredient quality is excellent. Recovery between sessions has clearly improved; less soreness the next day.
