This is my first magnesium supplement. I have had sleep problems for most of my life. Now in my 50s, it grew worse than ever. I was taking advil pm about 2/3 times a week and the other nights--just not sleeping but a few hrs or not at all. I read on my FB page that someone had tried magnesium and it had helped her. (With all my research on the internet about help for sleeping--somehow I had not read about the benefits of magnesium or had passed it over.) After reading reviews on various supplements on amazon, decided on this brand. I was still very skeptical that anything could help me. The first night, took a couple capsules hoping for the best--but another sleepless nite. However, after a couple of days (taking 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening) it started to work. I actually was sleeping better. I was falling asleep within 1/2 hr or so--a miracle for me. But, then I had another sleepless night. So, I started taking 3 capsules in the evening--haven't had a sleepless night since then. I still wake up during the night sometimes--but I do fall back to sleep. (Before magnesium--if I woke up at 4am--falling back to sleep was rarely happening) So, I can't express enough how pleased and grateful I am to have found this product. I have had no adverse side effects--as a few have reported.

This is my 3rd bottle I have purchased from Amazon. They are always fresh and help me with sleep. They are also helpful for pain, pms and menopause, hot flashes and night sweats, heart health, helps prevent stress hormones, muscle relaxer, skin, convert food into energy, nervous system, which are very helpful for me as I'm 51, and helps with relieving toxins from the brain like heavy metals. I will definitely buy again and again and highly recommend!!

Disappointed to discover that this product contains magnesium oxide along with magnesium glycinate. I thought I had looked at the ingredients well enough but apparently I was mistaken.

This Magnesium product works great for me, but the product information, both on the bottle and in the advertising is highly misleading and disingenuous in my opinion. Nowhere on the bottle, nor in the advertising on the Amazon product page, does it simply tell the purchaser that one capsule contains 100 mg! The only amount in mg on the bottle is "200 mg". Then next to that, it says "48%". On top of a line above that it says "Amount per serving - % DV". Over a line above that, it says "Serving Size: 2 Capsules - Servings per Container: 90". So, perhaps the magician Houdini could figure that out at first glance that the bottle has 180 capsules of100mg each, but I imagine almost everyone else is either misled or totally confused. I've never seen information about a product one ingests that has been dissembled in such a misleading way.<br /><br />All the other pill capsule products I've ever seen state clearly and exactly how much one capsule contains. Why a seller of such a product would do otherwise is beyond my comprehension. If this were prescription medicine, I imagine someone would be on the short end of an investigation by the appropriate authorities. So, Pure Micronutrients, why not just make it clear and tell folks clearly how much is in a capsule? Amazon's consumers should be entitled to straightforward treatment.<br /><br />Beyond that, but in the same vein as the treatment above, again in my opinion, the main picture you have up for this product shows three bottles, but you are selling only one bottle for the price shown. Shame on you.<br /><br />Straighten up and fly right. Treat your customers better than that, please.

I have tried taking magnesium supplements in the past, but it always gave me a serious diarrhea problem, so I had to discontinue taking them. This is the first product with magnesium that my digestive systems can tolerate. What a great find.

Let me say first that I purchased this for my son whom is 7 and has bipolar disorder. He is home schooled without medications. This was not the case last year. He was highly medicated and at a brick and mortar school. Well with that out of the way I had been researching the use of Magnesium for calming purposes and had seen it in many supplement blends for children with ADD/ADHD and mood disorders. Well I purchased this along with vitamin D and Calcium supplements and let me just say after 2 weeks I can already see a difference. I give my son half the recommended dose due to size. He was in a manic phase when we began and it really leveled things out. It didn't cure him but made things manageable. I can see this help those with anxiety and restlessness. I purchased this with a coupon but will be ordering again weather or not I have a coupon. I am so glad to find a supplement that is actually showing results.
