Mixed feelings, leaning positive
Sleep quality went up almost immediately, which is exactly what I wanted. Zero clumping, which I appreciate since my old one needed a whisk every time. Consistent quality across every tub I've bought so far. Packaging felt flimsy and one tub arrived slightly dented.

The flavor is genuinely good — not chalky or overly sweet like a lot of others I've tried. Great value for the serving count — works out cheaper per dose than the big brands.
