Dissolves completely in water, even without a blender. The flavor is genuinely good — not chalky or overly sweet like a lot of others I've tried.

The price-to-quality ratio here is hard to beat; I've already reordered twice. Dissolves completely in water, even without a blender. Recovery between sessions has clearly improved; less soreness the next day.
