I like the "Made in Germany" label. It resonates with the concept of good quality, which prompted me to order it 2nd time. However, its pill color inconsistency puzzled me. I received my 1st order on Jan. 7. 2021. Pill color was yellow. I received my 2nd order (2 bottles) on May 24, 2021, this time the pill color is white. I don't know whether the white color B-complex has enough B2 as stated on its label, and why B-complex has white color. I am still waiting for manufacturer's answer.

This is a well-balanced vitamin B Complex product that I am happy I came across while searching on Amazon for a B- Complex. There are too many B Complex products offered that are simply just way too high in each B Vitamin. Because those products are too high, my body flushes them out of my system and I find I have to pee so often. Vispura has changed that for me. I am getting just what I need without the over requirements of each B in the complex. So glad these popped up for me on my search for a B- Complex.

This product is likely nothing more than a sugar pill. For several years before buying this, I took Costco vitamin B complex instead. My quarterly blood analysis was always fine for Vitamin B levels. Then I bought this product. I immediately noticed that there was no more yellow color to my urine. My doctor noticed after six months, in the quarterly blood analysis, that I was seriously deficient in Vitamin B, which can impact energy, metabolism, and neuro-psychiatric health. I threw this product away and purchased a different vitamin B complex, and immediately, my urine is yellow again, and my blood levels are much improved. There is ZERO regulation of this supplement industry, so anyone, at anytime, can sell you a pill made of nothing but flour or sugar, and no one can tell the difference. Buyer beware.

Most vitamin B supplements have thousands of times the recommended daily requirement. Even with a water-soluble vitamin like B, too much is not necessarily a good thing. This supplement is just that, meant to supplement your diet. Even being careful to eat well balanced meals, it can be difficult to get enough B vitamins, especially as one ages. As always before taking a supplement, check with your doctor.

Most vitamin B supplements provide way more than anyone needs.<br />My doctor told me that excess vitamin B can actually cause more problems than it will fix and to try to find one that supplies as close to 100% of daily requirement.<br />I actually feel noticeably better since taking these than when I used to take other supplements that are much stronger.<br />It's a small tablet, easy to swallow - has typical vitamin B smell, not great but that's the way they are.
