I use this supplement chiefly for boosting my immunity, especially now that winter has arrived.<br />It's a relatively high dose of Vitamin C with a good dose of immunity building elderberry thrown in.<br />I was sold on this product for those ingredients plus the manufacturing. It's made in the USA, in an<br />FDA-inspected and GMP certified laboratory. That helps me trust this is a good product.<br />I've stayed healthy so far whether by chance or because of this supplement I can't be sure. But this is an excellent preventative supplement anyway.<br />I think it's a good buy for the price.

This tablet is a little hard to swallow. It's not a capsule, but a larger tablet. I don't like that it has a lot of fillers in addition to the active ingredients. But, it is nice only one pill is required to get 1,000 mg of Vitamin C. It also has other immune boosting supplements. I am giving it to my family through the winter/illness seasons.

These vitamin C pills with elderberry are easy to take. They suggest to take 1 or 2 pills a day. I’ve taken one a day. I’ve taken them on an empty stomach and with food and haven’t had nausea either way. I’ve been taking them for about one month and have stayed healthy during the beginning of cold season!

I'm big on mega dosing vitamin c when I start feeling something take hold.<br />I've definitely noticed a difference in the duration and severity of the illness while doing this.<br /><br />I recently tried these when I started feeling a cold or something coming on, my daughter was sick so I'm assuming it was from her. Taking these a couple of days and I was feeling like I was already at the tail end of whatever it was.<br />I'll be stocking a few bottles.

We prefer using the 1000 mg. of Vitamin C, so these 0!Vita tablets are just the ticket! Not only are these full of C, but there's also the extra added benefit of other antioxidants of Elderberry extract, Quercetin and Rutin, the Rose Hips, Citrus, all chock full of great Bioflavonoids for the health of our bodies. The container is a white plastic bottle, screw top lid, and with a sturdy thick paper seal and some cotton, with 90 tablets, only 1 a day. The Vitamin C 's are hard and oval-shaped, gold-colored and speckled tablets of 3/4" in length. Slightly difficult to swallow, but doable. Didn't notice any unusual taste, as they went down easily for me with water.
