This product is hands down the best electrolyte package I have ever tried. My energy levels and overall health have benefited from getting essential vitamins in an efficient way. Since it's real ingredients from whole foods that makes a big difference if you are on the go a lot. Personally I don't like a ton of flavor in my water, so I use a little bit at a time and love that I am still getting mega nutrients and making the product last!!! It's so yummy!

This is just what I was looking for, something that hydrates better than water but also replenishes important vitamins and minerals. Would highly recommend

Contains citric acid wish I would have known. Disappointed this product did not list the “other ingredients” in its description. I have bad reactions to citric acid and try relentlessly to avoid it. Which is extremely difficult to say the least.<br />Based on the pictures provided I rolled the dice. Unfortunately, I wasted my money because I can not use it and it cannot be returned therefore, I can not recommend it.

I like the flavor a lot, hopefully more flavors are coming in the future. Mixed well no after taste and I like that it is plant based!

Wow, I am sooo happy I found this product to add to my water and here is why: I suffer from severe migraines and I am supposed to drink 64 fl. oz. of water daily. I have tried a lot of similar powder hydration products like Propel, G Zero, Crystal Light that are low in carbs and sugar which actually triggered my migraines every time I drank the stuff. I was very frustrated until I found Bio Peak Hydration. I love the fact that it is organic, plant based, low in carbs and sugar and has probiotics and vitamins (Potassium, Magnesium and B12). All of which are helpful in preventing migraines and staying hydrated. I am also a golfer and this is now going to be my new go to drink for when I am on the course especially during the hot summers.<br /><br />When I first made the mix following the instructions the flavor was a little sweet and a bit strong. What worked best for me was to mix 4 packets with 1 gallon of water (168 fl. oz.). Because I was not accustomed to drinking such a healthy mix of ingredients, it took me a day or two to acquire a taste for it. Now I am addicted to the flavor and the health benefits.<br /><br />I can’t wait for some new flavors to try!!

My friend recommended this product to me and I just got it in the mail and it is really tasty! I like the quality of the ingredients and using this will help me drink more water during the day. The watermelon is not too strong or artificial tasting. I also like that it has the right amount of sweetness as I do not like overly sweet drinks. I will be ordering this again when I’m out!
