I just received this bottle of supplements the other day. There are 120 capsules and should be enough for two months usage.<br />The recommended dosage is 2 capsules per day. It will most likely take a 2-3 weeks to really get into my system to know if it is working.

Supplements are difficult to review, and it's easy sometimes to assign "changes" to these supplements and not know for sure if they were actually a contributing factor. However, I've been taking this supplement for about two weeks, and I can definitely say I am in a better mood. I just seem happier. Again, I can't say for sure that my mood change is the result of taking this product, but it sure seems like it. I like that the bottle contains a 2-month supply, and it was factory sealed when I received it.
I have a thyroid issue and this is helping with my sleep and mood. I have taken a similar supplement in the past with good results. This supplement says to take with food so I have not been taking it right before bed as I would like. I assume it can cause stomach upset and thus should be taken with food. I have noticed that the time of day I take it makes a difference in my sleep pattern. If I take it at dinner, I usually sleep better. We all know that if we sleep better, we have a better mood and more energy so I would recommend taking it later in the day. I may try to take just before bed, like my old supplement, to see how it works. Will report back with results.
