Very easy to swallow, No nasty taste and the price is perfect. I highly recommend this Probiotic!!

These are some really good probs. They are easy to take without feeling sick or nauseous. I’m taking them everyday along with my other medications to keep me moving in the right direction. So far so good. Almost running out and would definitely order more.

I'm just gonna say it: I find it slightly misleading when a nootropic manufacturer advertises a high level of CFU's, but the number cited on the label is not per capsule, but per serving. So frankly, I'd change the labeling here to 30 billion CFU per capsule - since that's what it really is.<br /><br />So, if you take their recommended serving of 2 capsules, you will have a thirty day supply - if, like me, you choose instead to take one cap daily, you will have a two month's supply; even so, 30 billion CFU's per capsule is mighty impressive, so why not just go with that? Nature's Peak supplies 4 different probiotic strains, plus a kelp-derived FOS, and is infused with a biodelivery system that supposedly bypasses stomach acids to go directly into the intestines. Since it is shelf stable, it is the preferred choice for situations where refrigeration is not a storage option. Even for a month's supply, the price is a good value.

This supplements are huge! I took the entire bottle. It didn't help as well as another probiotic i use. They are self stable, so no need to leave in fridge.

I don't pretend to know a lot about this kind of thing, but my doctor strongly recommended I take a probiotic and prebiotic. I did a bit of research and there definitely are a lot of benefits to it, so I decided to give this brand a try. I like that it's made in the US, is easy to swallow, and does not seem to have any side effects. I haven't taken them long enough to notice any significant difference in the way I feel, but I believe there is too much science to deny the effectiveness of pro- and prebiotics. My only issue is that you are supposed to take them with food, and I usually forget, so I leave the bottle on the kitchen table where it is difficult to ignore.<br /><br />EDIT: I realized a little while ago that I was feeling sluggish and less energetic than I had been. This went on for a few days before it occurred to me that I had run out of these supplements and didn't really give it much thought so I hadn't been taking them for about a week. It seemed like a pretty strong coincidence that I would start feeling kind of slack shortly after running out, but I went ahead and reordered them. And yes, within a short time I started feeling better again. I wouldn't have believed it if I hadn't experienced it, but now I'm a believer. I wish Amazon would put this on Subscribe and Save, because I would definitely set that up.

I got this for digestive health and never used something like this. I have been using this product for about 3 weeks now and I didn't notice any change in my digestion. But that could be down to me having a good gut biome to begin with. Oddly enough though I have noticed I don't eat as often as I did before taking this product.
