Il like this brand and it is a very good kind of Vitamin C, L-Ascorbic Acid. You need that "L" to know it is the best and safe form of Vitamin C.

Added To My Routine

I have really stepped up my vitamin game lately and have really started to see a difference since adding Vitamin C and D. I really like that these are pill form to help limit the additional sugar from the gummies I am currently using.
