Decent, with a couple of caveats
For what you pay, the ingredient quality is excellent. Saw a real difference in my hair and nails within a month — not placebo, measurable. Scoop was buried at the very bottom — minor, but annoying out of the gate.

Honestly tastes like a treat rather than a chore. Saw a real difference in my hair and nails within a month — not placebo, measurable. Cost per serving is lower than my old brand and the quality is at least as good. Needs a blender to mix properly, a shaker just doesn't cut it.
