These gummies taste like bitter orange flavored gumdrops. Not my favorite. However it does calm and relieve some stress.
These ashwaganda gummies do help me to feel less stressed and more relaxed. I like gummy supplements better than having to swallow pills. That being said, these start off tasting sweet and fruity but have a really weird and unpleasant aftertaste. They also have 25 calories per serving, which is 2 gummies. This is rather high calorie for gummies, as every other gummy supplement I have tried has had 15 calories or less per 2 gummy serving. This would make it prohibitive to take more than one or maybe two servings per day.
I really like the texture of this gummy - it has a bit of a grainy crunch on the outside like a gumdrop candy. The overall flavor is kind of sour/citrus-y which I disliked at first but it grew on me as I continued to use them. I honestly can't say I feel any "stress support" but I like the Vitamin D and immune benefits.

One negative with these - they are strangely high-calorie. The directions say to take between 2 and 6 gummies a day - 6 gummies would be 150 calories so I wish they weren't so loaded in sugar.
These supplements are soft and might be sticky if not for the sugar-like coating on the outside. I don't recall having sticky fingers after handling any of these things. Tolerance for taste is obviously relative to the individual, but I actually REALLY like the flavor of these. I don't have a lot of experience with Passionfruit, but I think they taste a heck of a lot like Grapefruit. I could snack on them all day. As for how well they work, I have a tough time saying for sure. Both my wife and I have been taking them and neither of use have noticed any direct positive or negative side effects. That being said, I can't honestly say that I've ever noticed anything from any supplement. So, like with every other supplement I've taken, here is to hoping they are doing their job.
These ashwaganda gummies are pretty good. They taste like a Berry at first then you taste the orange. It has a sugar coating on it that tries to help hide the vitamin taste. It does help but you can still taste the vitamin a bit.
I couldn’t eat past the taste of these gummies, you might be able to though. Honestly I prefer my ashwaganda in a capsule. These gummies are loaded with sugar and other bad ingredients I don’t want to ingest.
