I have been trying vitamins to strengthen my immune system for years. I have literally tried them all!<br />I bought this Immune Complex because, in addition to containing the right amount of Vitamin C, Zinc, and Vitamin D3, it also has Elderberry, Selenium, and Ginger extract. I had tried a similar supplement, but the capsules were of poor quality, and some were empty or had fallen apart in the bottle, and I thought if the capsules were of poor quality, then the product was probably too. With the capsules of this supplement, I don't have that problem. The capsules are complete and in perfect condition. I like the fact that this supplement has vitamin c, elderberry, ginger, zinc, and selenium. No more buying individual ingredients that can cost you a lot of money. All the ingredients have been proving to have immune boosting qualities. Since taking two capsules for a week, I feel energized & know that my immune system is ready for flu season. I really like the combination of vitamins and supplements in the pill. The pill is easy to swallow and doesn't have a funny after taste. I had no stomach irritation taking it on an empty stomach.
