I have issues with both Nocturnal Leg Cramps and Insomnia. I have tried MANY products in hopes of relieving these disruptive issues. I ordered this Purality Health Magnesium during my ongoing search. At first I was a little "put off" by the product. The taste is really okay, but the texture takes a little getting used to. However, MOST IMPORTANTLY, this product has helped me almost eliminate my leg cramps and sleep like a baby. It took a few nights to get the desired results, but ever since I have been so THANKFUL! I take the Purality Health Magnesium about 30 minutes before bed. I am telling you ... it works like a charm!

Up until now, I have only taken magnesium in powder, capsule and tablet form. I take it for the relaxation and sleep benefits. I wanted to try these because of the premium formulation and the liposomal liquid form.<br /><br />I like the convenient single serve pouches. They are easy to just squeeze on your tongue. I know flavor preferences vary, but these taste ok to me. Not too sweet and no sugar. I like that they use premium magnesium, all natural ingredients and the fact that there are no fillers. The liposomal liquid delivery system is like an assurance to me that my body will absorb more of the nutrients.<br /><br />Overall, this is a very premium product with a superior formulation and delivery system compared to tablets and capsules. That would explain the much higher cost per day/serving.

I started using this product on 10/15/22. At that time I was experiencing very high blood pressure in the 170-180 systolic, 90-100 diastolic ranges. In a very short amount of time it has gone down to NORMAL, I’m talking 117/79. Can’t say for sure using this product is the reason, but I’m a believer. My only complaint is the flavor. Not a fan of the chocolate taste.

First off, I ordered this as the listing stated it was Vegan. Upon receiving it I’m not sure if this is vegan. Nowhere on the pouches - nowhere on the box does it say it is vegan. Nowhere does it even say it is vegetarian. This is especially important especially because one of the ingredients is glycerin and many glycerin products come from animals. So I really would like to know where the glycerin came from - where the ingredients are sourced - that if this is indeed vegan - that is my main issue with this product.<br /><br />Onto the taste. It is easy enough to tote around and I can keep in my desk at work if I forgot to take my supplements in the morning. So I guess that is sort of convenient. You can even travel with this. It says you can add this to water or you can put it directly into your mouth. I tried putting it right in my mouth which is easy enough to take.<br /><br />But the taste is weird. It is like some kind of weird herbal syrup. I am in no way a fan of the taste of this. Or the thick syrupy texture. Plus the flavor just kind of sticks in your mouth and in your throat. It like coats my throat and makes it feel almost like it’s burning. So make sure you drink some thing after this if you do take it by mouth. But again it really could be me because I do not like the taste of this in any way shape or form…

I bought this magnesium because I can't take magnesium citrate due to bladder issues. This is the only magnesium I can tolerate that helps with constipation.

The supplement comes in a box of 30 pouches. I took it on vocation and it was very convenient. The taste is ok, not too bad to stop using it. The price is pretty steep for 30-day supply.
