I've been taking this supplement for 3 days per the label instructions (2 capsules/day). I've found that Wild Fuel's version of the omega-3 supplement solves the most unpleasant part of my experience taking other brands of supplements that are fish-based, the fish burps. I'm a vegetarian and I have been getting omega 3s from my diet, but that can be difficult. I usually find the unpleasant taste and indigestion of fish-based supplements a deal breaker. Wild Fuel's supplements are tasteless and odorless and I have a much smoother time digesting them. They've done an excellent job of solving the palatability issues of common omega-3 supplements by using algal sources, rather than fish, and they're an easy recommend.

I have taken fish oil to get Omega-3s for many years and am really happy with this vegan, cruelty-free option. The major benefits I see of the Wild Fuel supplement vs. fish oil:<br /><br />1. Manageable softgel size. It's smaller than the average fish oil capsule size, making it easier to take<br />4. No cholesterol like fish oil has<br /><br />I also like being able to support small businesses in the US!

I am pleased with knowing I am taking a plant based omega. It provides multiple protection to cardio, brain and immunity. The capsules are a decent size and easy to take. I look forward to my next blood level tests.

Overall it's a good value at this price. This product has a good fresh smell when I opened the bottle, it's not fishy which is good. I also like the taste of the capsules, has a tiny sweet touch. The size of softgels<br />is compact, not as big as some other products I had before which is easy to swallow with water. The supplement contains 550mg overall fatty acid, this is a similar amount found in most other products in this category on Amazon. The extra omega-6 probably made it stand out more since I don't see it in many other vegan pills. The bottle has 60 capsules, 2 pills/day will last about a month which is pretty reasonable too. Definitely recommend this product to others!

This supplement works just as good as fish oil without any fishy taste. I will buy again.
