I like this supplement Easy to took there is , no aftertaste and the magnesium is helpful for stress relief and is a beneficial as a sleep aid because it helps ease muscle pain as you sleep.

This is a very straightforward product, it's a good dose of magnesium at a great price. I like the fact that this is only magnesium and nothing else with it. Pills for one vitamin/mineral makes it easy to regulate how much vitamin/mineral your body is getting, this makes it easy to avoid taking supplements that affect eachother negatively.<br /><br />For example, magnesium can effect absorbstion of other minerals so it's important to time your intake of specific supplements with this fact in mind. It's important to do your own research/consult your doctor on how to best implement supplements into your routine.<br /><br />Overall I find this supplement a very convenient way to hit my daily magnesium intake and the pill isn't too hard to swallow.

There are several people in the family who have connective tissue disorders, and magnesium is key in treatment/maintenance. This was ordered for them, and they were as expected with no issues. Some had no trouble swallowing them and others had slight difficulty.<br />This bottle contains ~100 capsules and at 1x day should last 100 days. At only one capsule to swallow instead of two as some other brands.<br />Very reasonable price point.

These are great! I primarily take magnesium to make sure I have a bowel movement every day. These are great as the 500mg is in one capsule (sometimes companies make you have to take 2 pills to get the full dosage, but with Nutreture it's only 1, yay!) & yep they get the job done. They also mention that they are good for bone and muscle health which I didn't realize but that's great since I do a lot of weight lifting.<br /><br />Love that they are in capsule format as I think tablets taste yucky! They are normal size, and I took a pic of one of the capsules next to a pen so you can see for reference.<br /><br />At $9.99 this is a more affordable price and MORE capsules per bottle than the brand I used to take, will definitely be ordering them again.

For those of you that have problems sleeping or with periodical constipation, this works great!

Took this for a month and didn't notice much change. Might just not work for me personally.
