I will be a customer for life if these remain affordable. I appreciate that this is a single strain that is known to combat some hefty bugs and we’ve used it to address some ongoing infections in our family with success. This brand is just as effective as one we’d been using but is priced more reasonably. Very happy so far!<br />ETA: These have already begun creeping up in price since my original review, so I’ve begun to try out other reputable companies who sell this strain individually. Quality probiotic brands can be found in many places, so “affordable“ is my first priority.

My son was on antibiotics for 40 days. I was gathering different probiotics to help him heal. I read this specific strain can be helpful to restore the gut and possibly help with strep infections. I took it first and had some very strange reactions. Constipation, gas and my rosacea which was in remission had the worst flair I've ever experienced. I'm also now struggling with chronic dry mouth. We were in a very stressful situation so hard to pin down the exact cause. As they say, correlation doesn't mean causation....which at times can feel like gas lighting to me when your the one having the experience. All I know is the symptoms started happening shortly after I started taking it when we were home from the hospital. I took it for three days and stopped. I can't say for certain but I do have high sensitivities to molds and fungus. I hadn't really understood this was a spore based probiotic. I would be aware that it may work differently depending on your personal make up. Most of my symptoms have subsided except the constipation and dry mouth. It arrived in a very professional packaging. Be aware that soil based, specific strain probiotics may affect us differently.

I haven't heard of the brand Ecosh before, so I did some research. I was concerned at first that this was manufactured outside the United States in Estonia.<br /><br />Ecosh looks like it was created in 2014, so it is comforting knowing that they have been around awhile. I'm also glad they have a some manufacturing standards in place. They also state: "When manufacturing the product, it was ensured that they were in accordance with the EU Food Hygiene Regulation EU 852/2004, the international food safety standard ISO 22000:2018 as well as the HACCP principles."<br /><br />I would love to see some 3rd party testing of the product. The box, bottle, and directions are of very high quality. The directions looked like they put some good thought into it and had help instructions on how to ramp up dosing.<br /><br />The addition of prebiotics also makes this a well rounded supplement. Like any probiotic, it may take some time to work.

I am a male in my mid 40s. I tried this supplement to see what effect it may have on my overall digestion and elimination. So far so good.<br /><br />The packaging itself was very well done. It comes in a form fitting box. It is a glass bottle, which is a nice touch. It had included a thank you note and instructions for use. The capsules are clear, easy to swallow, and they show very clearly how much is in each (light olive green color powder).<br /><br />As for the effects. After a few days adjustment, things started to improve in regards to gut health. I had no symptoms of bloating or gas.<br /><br />For digestion, I noted that my occasional acid reflux was less severe than normal. I did not change my diet, so this seems to be a positive effect. For elimination, overall very good results. I really can't get into details due to the nature of this, but let's say that there was less of a need for possible emergencies than before. Everything became more normal and regular.<br /><br />Energy levels seem to have risen overall, but it's hard to say, it's highly subjective.<br /><br />Overall, I think this does have the benefits it claims. Reading the literature on Bacillus Subtilis, it seems to perfectly match the observations.

I have to start off with the pricing on this is good for the 45 day supply of 6 billion CFU. I have a lot of GI issues and am always looking for things to help with that. I have been using this for about 2 weeks and have already seen some improvement. I tend to get a lot of cramping and painful gas bubbles and things have started to get less intense and less frequent. I will probably buy another bottle so I can keep it going for 3 months and then decide if it is really working as well as I feel it is, or just coincidence that I feel better now.. As of now I am very impressed and if things stay this way long term than I would definitely recommend.
