I took one tablet in the evening before bed and another tablet the following night. Both nights I woke up with severely fast heart palpitations. I'm scared to death to use this product again. I asked for the option to return this for my money back and received no response.

I love that these are CAPSULES! I also love that this is essentially the same price as the first bottle I bought which were much larger pills, not capsules. For 3 months, I choked the pills down. As a person that has difficulty swallowing pills, these capsules make all the difference and I believe they were $.01 more per pill. I take these to help regulate my migraines. For me, they work! I did my homework, Mg GLYCINATE is the form of Mg you want! I plan on ordering more soon!

Bought this for my leg cramps at night. Resolved this issue after three dosages (2 capsules each night before bed).

Noticeable difference in anxiety levels/stress tolerance. Just ordered some more. I also tried Zinc but did not notice any difference with/without Zinc on various attempts. For me, Magnesium Glycinate doesn't eliminate stress but reduces the chances of anxiety attacks. Slows/stops anxiety from being turned up to 11. If anxiety is rain, then this is a rain jacket. I'm impressed.

I ordered this product to help me to relax and to aid my digestive system. So far the product has done what it says it will do. I had purchased a previous product from another manufacturer for a second time and upon receipt, I noticed that it contained no longer capsules but tablets and the ingredients had changed. As for today, I am content with this product.
