It works great, relaxes me and helps me sleep buuuuuut the taste is disgusting. It has a sickening sweet after taste like artificial sugar GAG! wish they'd offer a no flavor version. I'd prefer that over the stevia after taste no matter how bitter it may be.
This has got to be one of the very best items on Amazon esp for someone with sjorgens syndrome I drink it right before I go to sleep and my eyes are not as sandy I really love this item the taste is great for a powder that has 2000 of magnesium it's well worth the money I love this supplement congratulations to this company because of this my hands arent getting those giant arthritis nodules that deposit on the knuckles and finger joints

This is an outstanding magnesium product. Worth the price — I know it’s a lot but it’s a great product. I took 4 scoops a day at the beginning trying to help my brain injury (2 scoops in AM/ 2 before bed in PM). In a short time I was able to get back to exercising after 2 years of not being able to tolerate the movement of exercise from the TBI.
I have been sleeping so much better since taking this product. I am battling with adrenal fatigue and hypothyroidism and sleeping through the night can be a challenge sometimes. This product helps me sleep more soundly and for a longer period of time.
I wished they made this product in unflavored. I am returning it. I had to wash my hands several times to get rid of the perfume smell. You can actually smell the product when the bottle is closed and the lid is secured tightened. Seriously?! It is way to sweet and flavored way to strongly.
