My husband ordered this and I thought it was like 1-2 months worth of powder, for how much it costs. 22 SERVINGS? IF HE TAKES IT DAILY, IT WON'T EVEN LAST A MONTH!!! That is insanity. He likes to drink protein drinks and also add the powder to his oatmeal.<br /><br />All the supplements I take have a full 30 day or more in the container and costs a lot less.<br /><br />I have a protein powder I take that cost me $30 with a coupon and it has 30 days worth of servings.<br /><br />I just cannot believe that GNC rips people off charging $75 for a protein powder.<br /><br />He likes the powder but this cost isn't affordable honestly. $75 for not even 30 days worth of powder.

This stuff really works! I take it after working out and I have noticed a much quicker gain in muscle using this than I have with other more expensive products. My experience with this protein was great. I wasn’t sure about the caffeine anhydrous in protein but it was a good boost after getting wore out in the gym. I would definitely recommend this.

Smart scoop in non spart scoop container... Weird. Tastes entirely different than it did a few months ago, different consistency too. If you haven't ordered this in awhile, its not what it used to be.

The taste is very good and the powder doesn’t clump when mixed with water or milk. The only reason I gave a couple stars for value is because it’s half empty. Lol I understand it’s that way for the weight but for just the name brand to add dollars to the price I would like a full container. Other than that it’s good and the caffeine addictive you can feel for 3-4 hours after the workout.

I can’t speak to the effectiveness of the thermogenic compounds as I have only taken this for about a week, but it works great as a source of protein/pre-workout. I usually take my first dose in the morning instead of coffee and then right before I go to the gym in the afternoon. The chocolate flavor is pretty great, sometimes you get a spicy bit from the pepper extracts, but that doesn’t bother me. Came with a scoop. Definitely makes you sweat more than usually even when you’re not working out.
