These gummies look kind of crusty in the bottle and I expected them to be dry and grainy. I was pleasantly surprised to find them moist and chewy. I was also surprised that the flavor is more like a lightly sweetened peach/mango - can’t even taste the ginger. I was disappointed that the label was unreadable so I can’t tell what’s actually in them. In term of effectiveness, it’s hard to tell whether the ingredients are bio-available or whether they provide any health benefits, but I did not experience any negative effects. The price seems on the high side - I wouldn’t buy them again.

Works well. Deducting a star because the bottle is hard to open with one hand, but the product itself is solid.
