I love that’s a good source of Vitamin D3 that the entire family can use. I appreciate everything it doesn’t contain and that it’s Non-GMO. I’ve had no difficulties getting the correct number of drops to dispense from the bottle. It can easily be dropped onto a spoon or added to a smoothie or any other drink.

Took this for a month and didn't notice much change. Might just not work for me personally.
