GlucoJazz may just be right for me. I love keeping my sugar on a healthy level. As such, I'm fully interested in using natural supplements, especially those with great quality. However, it takes time to see and measure the results of any food supplements. For this reason, my rating is based on the overall product packaging that contains vital information about the content and quality, or whether the supplement is easy to swallow, and the like. My recommendation here should not be taken as a medical advice, rather as an observation of a non-medical person. Thus, I'm giving GlucoJazz supplement with 4.5 rating.

I have only started taking these vitamins a short time. So I can’t say how well they work in the long term. However they seem to be of good quality, don’t upset my stomach and are easy to swallow. They arrived very well packaged with an expiration date of 2 years out. So far so good

This is a great supplement for energy. I haven't noticed any metabolic results.. There isn't any weight loss.<br /><br />I took one of these later in the day, I was up all night. Just laid there. I now only take in the morning as they help me stay awake and focus during the day.

The two bottles arrive well packaged, in a much more solid box than you'd expect. And if that's not enough to impress, they taped down every edge of the flap (like I do to annoy openers of presents!), so you know they take pride in their product. Most people skimp on supplies and do the bare minimum to secure things.<br /><br />The screw-off lids have pop tops, which is a pretty unusual luxury for small pill bottles. UPDATE: Of course, the minimal hinge on the lid broke when I was 75% through the first bottle. Maybe that's why small bottles don't get pop tops...<br /><br />I've been trying out a couple different supplements with metabolism-boosting qualities, and I haven't noticed any decrease in effect switching over to this one. That is to say, it seems to be contributing to positive results as much as the others it replaced in the experimental rotation.

Long term effects cannot be proven so can't rate this a 5 solely based on easy of taking. The capsules are tasteless and not too large to swallow.
