Not worth $30. Each tablet is one mg melatonin. You can buy droppers or other brands at Walmart or CVS for half the cost and way more effective. I had to give my daughter 3 mg each night (per ped order) just to be effective. Very costly at $28.99. talk to your ped this did nothing. Way better and cheaper options out there. I heard so many great things about this brand and I'm a little disappointed they seem to do nothing for my toddler.

These are perfect for children with anxiety or if your child just has a hard time powering down at night. These were recommended to me by a friend that uses them for her kids. We give these to our kids about 30 mins before bedtime so it has time to work through their system. It helps so much for children with anxiety while still teaching them the skills to power down at night. Love that they are natural too!

It really didn't work great for my son for the price it should have been a Miracle product my son woke up with crazy dreams which he has never had.<br />We tried a different product with no issues and it was about $6.00..Lesson here is more expensive isn't always better!

This put my 6 year old daughter to sleep within a half hour. After 3 days of it, my daughter slept walk. She's never done that in her life.

I have a child with sensory processing disorder. I have NEVER been able to get her to sleep before 10pm. With sleep melts? 8pm! I love this product so much. It has made bedtime stress free. I give my children (5,8,&10) the sleeep melts at about 7:30pm. They get ready for bed and by 8 they are ASKING to go to bed.

I bought these for my almost 4-year-old son as he started having trouble falling to sleep at night and would sometimes lay in his bed and talk to himself for 30-60 minutes before we'd stop hearing him. We didn't see an immediate change in his behavior, but we kept at it and within a week saw a major improvement. He was falling asleep much quicker and staying that way all night. I will say that he has always been a great sleeper, almost from day one (to the envy of most of my mom friends) so he was not prone to night waking unless he was battling an illness. He always makes sure he gets to take his "sleepy candy" before we brush his teeth at night!
