These are yummy! They are gummies but soft gummies unlike alot of vitamins that a harder gummies... I do feel like they help me feel better when I feel bad.

I got these elderberry gummies to help keep my immune system stronger and I'm glad I did. They have a really good taste and it makes it easier to take this way versus trying to swallow a pill. Plus I can take these without water. So far I haven't gotten sick even the least and I have taken these for a few months now. I will be reordering!

I began taking elderberry supplements after starting my baby at daycare (which basically means he catches a cold year-round). Some of the other gummies I've tried in the past were too sweet, or the consistency of the chewiness was either too hard or too soft (I'm aware that my review basically sounds like a Goldilocks story). Anyway, I was specifically also looking for the type of gummies without a sugar-like coating, and I found this SourceBiology brand. These basically solved all my issues -- they weren't overly sweet, and they were soft, but they don't get stuck in my teeth. Additionally, the price of these gummies (when considering the quality) feels more reasonable than other brands. I'm planning on continuing to order these for my daily elderberries from now on!

these seem ok, good portion, professional/sealed bottle. seems like quality, although not sure how to rate a supplement like this other than, it seems like it would be beneficial.

I ordered two brands of elderberry gummies- one containing100mg of elderberry for $10.00 a bottle, and this one containing a whopping 1400mg of elderberry for around 50% more. If you are prioritizing a high potency elderberry extract, this is the product of choice. I find that these gummies are tremendously helpful for respiratory ailments of all kinds, and I find the higher potency to be more effective than the 100mg gummies. These gummies meet my expectations and I look forward to taking them for my occasional respiratory illnesses.
