I had an open wound about the size of a quarter on my leg near my shin bone that wouldn't heal. I had a basal cell removed and then the doctor tried to cover it by creating a flap. What a mess. I had a wide open, nasty wound for 6 weeks. I finally went to a wound care specialist who started me on the Promogran. After 1 week I started seeing results; the wound was completely closed in 3 weeks. Also, I don't have a big indentation in my leg because the collagen built the tissue up. I was surprised to learn how many doctors don't know about it.

I had a tummy tuck wound dehiscence and I was devastated. Unfortunately this type if would had to heal from the inside out and as the days passed I didnt see progress. Once I incorporated this into my daily wound care, the improvement was drastic. In a matter of days my wound had healed significantly and continued until it finally closed. As a RN, I would highly recommend this product to anyone having issued with slow healing wounds.

Promogran Prisma wound dressing is great to heal faster. I started using it for a deep wound but now use it for other wounds. It is pricy but does speed healing.

Patches were dried up and brown around the edges. Instead of promoting healing of diabetic foot wound, they could cause serious infection. Can't believe seller didnt check products, looked like they were in some old warehouse not properly stored. Disgusting product, very disappointed!!
