Headache to the max!!
I felt headache the next day! Cant drink it anymore! I felt like my head is going to blow up! My God! So scary! There’s no return for this item! Not recommended

Tastes refreshing
I believe that the headache must be a food intolerance to one of the ingredients. I had the whole package, no negative reaction. The only drawback is for me it is pricy. The taste is refreshing. It is not a drug, so there is no pain relief obviously.
