Started noticing better recovery after about two weeks of consistent use. Dissolves completely in water, even without a blender.

Impressed on every front
Clean ingredient list with no fillers I didn't recognize — exactly what I look for. Finally one that doesn't taste artificial. The vanilla is subtle and pleasant. Recovery between sessions has clearly improved; less soreness the next day.

Will definitely reorder
My energy through the afternoon is noticeably more stable since I started this. Smooth flavor with no weird aftertaste, which is rare in this category. Mixes clean with just a shaker bottle — no clumps and no grit at the bottom.

Arrived sealed and well packaged, with a scoop that was actually easy to find. Great value for the serving count — works out cheaper per dose than the big brands.
