My daughter & I got Covid not too long ago, so I shopped for all the vitamins! I hate taking pills, so I thought I’d try these! The flavor is great & they work magic! I swear this is the reason I didn’t feel absolutely miserable the whole time I had symptoms! I still take them even though I’m not sick! Amazing!

Listen, I’m not a licensed medical professional, and this isn’t medical advice. This is just my mom’s personal experience. My mom is a 60+ years old type 2 diabetic who doesn’t sleep well. I put together a little gift box for her last time we visited, and slipped a box of these in there. We love the Olly brand, but drinking something flavored at bedtime just isn’t our jam.<br /><br />Finally my mom gets around to trying the drink and she is thrilled! Not only did she sleep better and feel more rested the next day, she said it actually helped to lower her blood sugar that evening. This is where I don’t want anyone to think I am suggesting this for blood sugar control- matter of fact please don’t unless your actual doctor says it’s all good. But I thought it was a cool enough result to share with Amazon-land.

One would think sleep medicine should be used nightly, but ten to a pack is...really really bad. I'd use this stuff if it came with a month's supply in a box, but ten to a pack is just bad business.

My husband does not do anything gummy so he would not try the Olly sleep gummies. I saw these and it felt like I was getting a 2 for 1. Sleep and Immunity since he has trouble sleeping and is on autoimmune compromising meds. He swears by these and the taste is not bad at all

This is one of the best melatonin products I have ever used. It only has 3mg but it is enough for me to get to sleep and not wake up groggy feeling. It tastes good and works.

I love this. I have a hard time falling asleep, staying asleep through the night, and often wake up with head pressure from lack of sleep.<br />But I tried this and it's helped with falling asleep faster, I get plenty of sleep, and no more head pressure. It works greats and I love the flavor.
