This supplement was exactly what I was looking for. My one a day multivitamin (Alive) does not contain enough calcium for my needs so this is a perfect addition. I needed something that contained Vitamin D as well since calcium works the best when they’re absorbed together. This has checked all the boxes. It’s small enough to swallow easily and has not upset my stomach at all. Usually I only take it with a piece of fruit or a small glass of milk or protein shake and I’ve been fine. I’m only taking this as a preventative measure and haven’t yet checked my levels since beginning this supplement but so far so good. I will update if anything changes. I’m so happy I’ve found calcium minis + vitamin D3. Right when I opened the bottle, I could tell the tablets are great quality. Highly recommend!

These are easy to swallow and don’t have much flavor at all, which is a good thing. They arrived well packaged and sealed perfectly for safety. I think you need to have a longer supply to notice if they are having a healthy affect, but they haven’t given me any adverse effects or reactions.

Depending on your need for calcium supplementation, this bottle could last you 2.5 months or only 1.25 months. The serving size of 2 caplets provides 600mg of calcium. If you are not getting calcium from other sources and need 1200mg/day per your age, gender or doctor’s recommendations, then this bottle would only last you a little over a month at 4 per day. The benefits of the APRAVIO Bone Health calcium is being able to swallow smaller pills (as opposed to those thumb sized1200mg tablets) and spread out the dosage: you could take 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening with this brand. Vitamin D3 is included for better absorption of calcium, as well as a bit of zinc, magnesium & copper. Having lower dose mini tablets also allows for easy tapering up or down when you need to gradually add or reduce your calcium supplementation.<br />While the company backs its formulas based on scientific testing, I could not find info as to whether the Apravio brand is third party tested for quality & purity of product, so I am giving 4 stars.

This Calcium supplement is smaller in size than most and therefore the tablets are easier to swallow. They have no taste to them and seem to be a quality product manufactured in the USA. You receive a bottle of 150 tablets and the recommended dosage is two per day so one bottle lasts 75 days.

These tablets are smaller than most calcium tablets and easy to take. They contain 1600 IU of vitamin d, and 600mg of calcium. I don't get the calcium I need from my diet, so these make a great addition. My mother had osteoporosis, and shrunk 5 inches in a short time. She ate a healthy diet too. I feel with these supplements I will get the extra calcium I need to protect my bones.
