Contains lactose, not IBS friendly

I bought this with high hopes that I had FINALLY found a protein shake I could tolerate- low carb/sugar, low FODMAP and no other weird ingredients to set off my food sensitivities. They claim no bloating, gas, and easy to digest for sensitive individuals. This is simply not true. I learned the hard way that whey protein concentrate contains lactose. This powder is a blend of whey concentrates & whey isolates. Whey protein isolates contain almost no lactose (less than 1%) but cost more to produce. A great product would contain only the whey isolates. This product claims to be easy to digest & low FODMAP, but that claim is false if it contains lactose. Unfortunately had to learn this the hard way. My stomach bloats out like I’m pregnant within 1 hour of drinking this stuff & feels like digesting knives- which happens every time I ingest lactose. I believe there’s some misleading claims/advertising for this product. Beware!

Caused belly bloat and gas within 20 minutes.

The claims do not live up to the hype for this powder. I was excited to give it a try but wound up getting a full refund. It caused severe blaoting and gas for me, the "gluten free" and "organic" branding notwithstanding. I gave it two stars because the taste was very good but whatever was done to achieve that taste sacrifices claims of it being good for you.

Good protein shake

I am on the low FODMAP elimination diet for IBS and fructose intolerance. This was recommended by my FODMAP support group. It is quite tasty, mixes well in just a shaker and not grainy. It is much less sweeter than other commercial protein powders, but I am sure when I add fruit, it will be a lot sweeter. My container did not include a scoop, I will have to figure out how many tablespoons the scoop would contain, if I had one

Worst tasting vanilla protein powder ever

I’m on a quest to find a good tasting vanilla whey protein powder that doesn’t contain sucralose since learning it destroys your gut microbiome and causes inflammation but this is definitely not it. I’ve tried a lot of powders and hardly ever review products but this one was so offensively bad it warranted putting a warning out there. If you’re on the same quest or just looking for a good protein powder skip this one!

My Life Saver and Go-To!

This is my go-to. I have gastroparesis, as well as FODMAP restrictions...which means two different types of diet restrictions to follow. Not only is this protein powder low FODMAP for sensitive intestines, but it's perfect for gastroparesis as well (liquids easier to digest than solids, etc...)! I add a scoop to 8oz of lactose-free, skim milk, and it's perfect! It takes shaking it up in my blender bottle QUITE a bit, if I want it creamy and not clumpily-mixed. But that's okay, it's worth it! My nutritionist even recommended a different FODMAP-friendly protein shake that she likes more, but it was way more expensive, and I am just gonna stick with what I already know and love, and that is more reasonably-priced. I highly recommend Stellar Labs!

SIBO Safe

In the final stage of my SIBO treatment. I use this with a handful of peanuts and 24 hr yogurt among other things in my smoothies. I love it. Quality product by a reputable company. Comes with scooper and a large opening to scoop it out. Although the container is really only 3/4 full.
