I was actually surprised at how ginormous these tablets are. They are giant horse pills. With that being said I was able to swallow it although it is tough. Lately I have been biting them in half to make a better and easier go at it. It is definitely going to be a problem for those that have trouble swallowing pills - and I generally do not - unless they are big giant horsepills like these. I guess you could just dump it in your blender like when you make a smoothie to get your supplement that way. But seriously if you have trouble swallowing pills probably get a smaller pill. I guess you could always get a pill cutter and cut this or crush it and then drink it. So I guess you do have some options.<br /><br />With that being said there is no taste whatsoever. It tastes completely neutral. I was actually surprised at that because most vitamin C supplements have that kind of sweet tart like coating or that aftertaste. This is completely neutral. So I like them except for the size. Not sure why they didn’t make them half the size, at least, and then double the dosage… At least it is clearly marked vegan.

These pills are hard to swallow for myself and my husband due to the size. They definitely work, but the size is a deterrent from taking these on a normal basis. These would be perfect in capsules instead.

I take and try anything with vitamin c. It boosts my immunity. With everything going around we sure do need some boosting!!!

I am a big fan of vitamin C. I work in retail where I am confronted my sick people all the time. Vitamin C taken regularly seems to help me stay healthy during the winter months. I would recommend this product if you like staying healthy during the cold months.

Easy to swallow, does not upset my stomach, no unpleasant aftertaste. I take this for general health and immunity.

I am not a physician or a dietitian but I've long taken vitamin C supplements to augment my flawed nutrition; IMO my metabolism works better with a slightly acidic diet. These potent tablets contain 1000 mg. of vitamin C plus a variety of vegan bioflavonoids; I take these potent tablets with breakfast to avoid a sour stomach. The tablets are taste-free but they are BIG; I'm used to swallowing vitamins but I deliberately concentrate (no choke) when swallowing these big tablets. I'd prefer a smaller (perhaps less potent) vitamin C tablet, a preference that IMO merits minus 1 star.
