Bought this for my 12 year old who is considered short stature on the percentile chart. His pediatrician recommended this and we’ve been giving it to him for 3 months and he’s grown 3 inches already. Very happy with the results so far.
My son has been drinking this shake every morning and he has grown 2 inches in 30 days. He plays football and lacrosse - very active kid. Had the chocolate one first and now we are ordering the vanilla flavor. Will continue to buy.

I have used a ton of different protein powders out there, and I must say that TruHeight Growth Protein is one of my new favorites. It tastes delicious, I love the texture, and I feel really good after drinking it knowing how many nutrients are packed inside. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking to grow muscle but not bulk up too much. It's the perfect combination of nutrients, flavor, and practicality.
TruHeight Growth Protein shake has 18 vitamins and 16 grams of protein per serving. It's backed by medical research and proven to be effective.<br /><br />On the plus side, my kiddos liked it and drank it willingly. It was a treat for them.<br /><br />The main downside is the cost. This bag of powder is 15 servings @ $4 per serving. That's $120 per month. Multiply that by the number of kids you're serving... and YIKES!<br /><br />If money is no issue, by all means enjoy this product, but for me, it's out of my budget.
I bought this to my niece and she loves the flavor. She usually adds fruit, such as strawberry, blueberry, and honey to the shake. It tastes really good. This is a great substitute if your kids don't really like the gummy bear or capsules. I highly recommend the shake as a supplement in addition to a healthy diet. I will purchase again for my family.
