I have been taking this supplement for over 6 months now and so far, myself and my husband have no stomach upset or any adverse reaction from it, and at the cellular level, we KNOW it is doing what it is supposed to. I've ordered this specific brand twice! I love this supplement more than other brands because it also has vitamin D3 with it. I definitely feel a difference in my mood and health when I'm taking this vs not taking anything or taking a different brand of magnesium. I think this is a must for anyone but specifically anyone with ADHD. It's replaced much more toxic medicine for me and I plan on continuing to use this for the foreseeable future!
