I do love veggies but I am always happy to get in some additional ones in different ways.<br /><br />These don't have any taste since it is all in a capsule and for me they are easy to swallow.<br /><br />I am only taking 2 at a time since I do intake greens and veggies in other methods. I also don't take this every day, it all depends on what is going on in my day and what else I intake.<br /><br />The price is reasonable especially if you don't need to get all of your veggies from these capsules. It is basically $1 per day for the 3 capsules, but if you can take less, then the cost per day decreases.

I am a super picky eater with a limited diet. I don't get nearly enough fruits and vegetables so I like taking these Instantfood Easy Veggies Vitamins to fill in some of those nutritional gaps. The capsules are pretty big and a serving is 3 but they are pretty easy to swallow. As others have mentioned, the label sleeve does wiggle around and fall off.

So many positive supplements in this blend. It is literally a 'who's-who' of important vegetable supplements that can be difficult to find on an individual basis. I eat many green vegetables in my daily diet and but still can't get all that are offered here. Their categories for the various vegetable supplements are 'Maintain', Protect' and 'Repair'. You get everything here. Happy with this product and at age 70 can highly recommend it for seniors like myself as well as everyone.

I use a lot of Codeage products, and find them to be a fine quality. I already use and enjoy their [[ASIN:B09XVQZSD5 5 servings fruit and vegetables per serving]], so I was curious how different this is as they are similarly priced. The other includes fruit as well as vegetable, the amounts are much lower, but the serving size is just 1 capsule. This has significantly higher amounts but is 3 capsules. I No fruit. But loaded with a wide variety of vegetables.<br /><br />I dont always eat well, so I use supplements to bridge the gap. I like whole food supplements as much as possible. I even keep vegetable powders on hand for use in soups and such because sometimes finding good looking vegetables is hard to come by, as well as the ever increasing prices. So adding in powders in capsule for assures me that I am getting a variety of nutrients in my diet.<br /><br />Not too shabby for $1 per day. And in my experience, sometimes I just take 1-2 capsules, or I skip a couple days per week. Just depends on what I have been eating.

I ordered these because I hate real vegetables. For a healthy person, I have the worst adult diet of anyone I’ve ever known consisting mostly of carbs and processed sugar. To make up for my admittedly poor diet, I supplement with a couple dozen different vitamins and such.<br /><br />Easy Veggies capsules are just a touch on the large side but easy enough to swallow. When I unscrewed the lid, I was hit with an overpowering odor that made me slam it shut and brace myself before trying again. I was ready the second time and took 3, trying to drop them straight down the hatch. I could still smell and taste them a little so I definitely made a face. But a few swallows of water and the taste was gone. I got the equivalent of 15 vegetables and only made 1 face so I call that a win! I have had no GI issues after taking these, usually on an empty stomach, and haven’t noticed any change in how I feel internally. However, I plan to continue taking them because I prefer them over the real thing!

Okay, so take my "they don't taste great" with a grain of salt. Obviously these are meant to just be swallowed, but some of the greens dust escapes inside the container and so when you go to swallow these, there is a brief, but strong greens taste that reminds me a bit of lawn clippings. Not the most pleasant flavor. Fortunately, it's gone quickly enough and is a small price to pay for getting an extra boost of veggies into the diet.<br /><br />I primarily got these as I don't feel like I get quite enough greens on a daily basis. While it recommends 3 capsules a day (so this would be a 30 day supply), I only take one or two to complement the greens I'm eating naturally. If you do the recommended dose, these would cost you $1/day at the current $30 price. That still gets me some extra veggie boost in my daily diet but makes a bottle go a bit further. Whether or not these are even beneficial is hard to say, as I doubt I'm running any major deficiencies in my diet without these.<br /><br />But if you feel like you need to up your veggie intake, this isn't the worst way to increase that. While not nearly as tasty as natural raw or cooked vegetables, it's a fairly inexpensive way to supplement them. If the outsides of the capsule were a little more flavor neutral, I'd like these even better.
