Beta Glucan is known to reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease, lower LDL cholesterol and anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer, in many clinical trials. Beta Glucan is one of the most studied immune booster.<br />This bottle comes with a blend of 200mg of Beta Glucan with 200mg of Resveratrol and 40mcg of Selenium, in a small and easy to swallow capsule. The bottle arrived has a plastic ring sealed around the cap outside but there is no second seal underneath the cap, vs there are double seals in other similar products. There is also no moisture absorption material inside the bottle.<br />If you have experience in taking Beta G., I recommend to give this product a try. I know many people are taking 500mg of Beta G. If so, you will need to take more than 1 capsule from this product, or try their 500mg version.

These may be helpful. It's always hard to know with w supplement whether to expect an immediate response or you have to take them for months before noticing. I haven't noticed anything other than not getting sick despite being around germy grandkids. The capsules are easy to swallow. I do think they are a little overpriced so won't be repeating.

These aren’t the type of capsules that’ll really make you notice a difference. They’re more preventative care. I don’t take them every day just because sometimes I wake up hungry and eat but I don’t miss many days. Not sure if I’ll repurchase just because they’re a little pricey and like I said, you don’t necessarily notice a difference in your health but if you’ve done research and feel like this is for you, go for it. All I can say is that I haven’t experienced any bad or negative effects from them.

What can I say about supplements? I think they help. But I have no proof.

I haven't noticed too much after taking this supplement. But maybe it is working well enough since I haven't gotten sick lately either.

Very small capsules are easy to swallow. Didn't have any problems swallowing them. They really did not have any taste. Suggested serving size is two pills a day.<br /> Good value for the price and would recommend.
