Arrived sealed and well packaged, with a scoop that was actually easy to find. The flavor is genuinely good — not chalky or overly sweet like a lot of others I've tried. Saw a real difference in my hair and nails within a month — not placebo, measurable.

Exactly what I was hoping for
For what you pay, the ingredient quality is excellent. Clean ingredient list with no fillers I didn't recognize — exactly what I look for. Recovery between sessions has clearly improved; less soreness the next day.

Quality you can actually feel
Mixes clean with just a shaker bottle — no clumps and no grit at the bottom. Cost per serving is lower than my old brand and the quality is at least as good.
