I’ve been using this product daily for over a week now. Before starting it’s use, I clipped my finger nails so I would be more able to track mail growth. When I cut my finger nails down low like I did for this test, it takes several weeks for them to gain length. Low and behold, after a weeks worth of use, all my finger nails got so long they had to be cut again!!<br /><br />The ingredients in this product are legit and work based off my simple test. My finger nails have never grown so fast and they’ve never been so thick either like they are currently! I’m confident with continued daily use, big things are to come!! How great would it be if this product actually did help our hair grow and that kind of stuff. As we all age, the majority of us will have some hair loss, it’s normal…. I don’t like “normal” all the time, haha. I’d rather have a fighting chance when it comes to hair loss! Anyhow, I really do think the longer this product is used, more good things will come from it.<br /><br />The taste of this product isn’t bad, it goes down just fine. I hold it under my tongue for longer than the directions state you need to. Then I take a drink of water and swallow it down. I haven’t experienced any stomach pains or any other adverse issues. This product comes at a fair price point for what you’re getting.<br /><br />Bottom Line: I DO recommend this product, I hope this review helps.

I'm liking this supplement so far! I've been taking it for about four days, and while my experience is anecdotal, I do feel like I've seen some minor improvements in my skin and nails already. My nails are usually fairly weak, but it feels like the new growth is a bit stronger and less bendy. The inflammation of my fingernail and toe cuticles has also gone down, and I feel like they're a bit less dry and irritated overall. I still experience breakouts, but they seem to be a little smaller and less inflamed than what I was experiencing previously, and they're closer to the surface, rather than being cystic. These improvements are combined with a good skincare routine, but I like to think the supplement has played a role as well.<br /><br />This supplement is easy to take, as it's a liquid rather than a capsule, and I find the taste quite sweet and pleasant, though I wouldn't say it actually tastes like strawberries. The first time I tried it, I thought it tasted a little odd, but the flavor has definitely grown on me. It's recommended that you hold the supplement under your tongue for at least 20 seconds before swallowing, which is what I do. From my limited research, supposedly hydrolyzed collagen is supposed to readily absorb into the bloodstream, so I'm presuming this is the reasoning for that.<br /><br />Overall, I would recommend this supplement as an easy-to-administer option if you're already looking into trying oral biotin and collagen supplementation. It's impossible to say for certain how it works without a proper scientific study, but anecdotally I've seen some improvement in my own skin and nails.

This is a must beauty product. I use every day and since I started using my skin has changed drastically! It’s so smooth now! I love it!

The taste of this is fine for my palate. Its week three of taking this and I can see definite improvements in my nails. They are stronger, do not break and they look shinier. Would add this to a subscribe and save.

This is the first time I have tried a liquid supplement like this. It is definitely easier than swallowing a pill (or two). The taste isn’t too bad, but not great. I am hoping to slow the aging process a little with this. Time will tell after using it daily.

I have used Biotin in the past with great success when it comes to my hair/nails growing faster so I decided to try it out again since I have noticed some thinning and breaking.<br /><br />I like that this comes in a liquid. I know they tend to add a lot of fillers (HFCS) to those gummy biotin’s. You drop half a syringe of liquid under your tongue for 20 seconds then swallow. It doesn’t taste awful surprisingly. I have only taken for a couple of days now. I have not noticed any improvements with hair or joints. Will update in a month with progress.
