I love the large quantity of pills, i don't have to purchase them as frequently. I take 6-8 of these a day for dysautonomia.

I use salt pills daily to combat heat sensitivity. They keep my salt and potassium levels normal so I don’t pass out, get dizzy or get dehydrated. My sister also tried them after being diagnosed with a mild case of Long Covid induced POTS. Salt is salt. These have a slightly odd taste, but the value compared to other brands makes it worth it

I know Klaralyte is used by people with Dysautonomia, POTs, EDS, and CF, so I tried it for replenishing electrolytes from normal sweating/exercise. Works wayyyy better than vitamin water, gatorade, and all those sports drinks, without getting unnecessary sugar and having to consume so much liquid.<br /><br />I take a capsule about an hour before my boxing work out, and then about 30 mins after and notice that I am less fatigued and don't have a headache compared to without. Keep in mind I sweat sometimes 3-4lbs worth of water during one workout during summer. So I'd say it works pretty well!<br /><br />I also used this in place of Pedialyte and Kinderlyte bc it's way more convenient to just pop a pill rather then mix a messy packet of powder into water. It also works great to avoid hangovers (still drink plenty of water before going to sleep after drinking).

Been taking this for about six weeks. Energy is more consistent and I feel less sluggish in the afternoons. Happy with the purchase.
