This is an great multivitamin for men. It has a excellent list of vitamins and minerals at good strengths. Some of the additional male supplements are ashwagandha and tribulus for testosterone, saw palmetto for prostate, and ginger, alpha lipoic acid, and horsetail for joint support. You will probably see very little difference in hair and beard from horsetail and iodine. I dislike when they list things like health blend. You can't tell the exact amounts of ingredients listed. It may have to do with available label space. The first ingredient listed is the highest in strength and the last is the lowest in decending order. The capsules are large and may be harder for some people to swallow. They have no bad taste or odor. I take two capsules per day with water and a meal. The bottle contains 60 capsules and will last one month. Third party tested and a fair price.

My husband just finished his bottle and he's still alive. He said he didn't notice anything different from any other multivitamins he's taken. The only complaint he had was a slight after taste and occasional burping after taking it. We didn't really notice a difference in his hair or beard growth. But other than that it seems to be a good multivitamin.

These are basically just multi-vitamins with a better ad program than the cheap ones I get at the wholesale club. They don't have anything special in them that should make a difference in hair growth, just the normal stuff that can be peed out if it is in too large of amounts. My spouse finished the bottle with no complaints, but we won't buy more.

The EuNatural Next Gen Multi claims to have created a multivitamin formula with “clinically validated ingredients” to improve prostate health and hair growth. Note they don’t claim to contain clinically proven amounts of these ingredients. Saw palmetto is the only one of the proprietary ingredients that I have read multiple studies about in regards to how it blocks the enzyme that converts testosterone into DHT. Too much DHT is what causes hair follicles to thin & stop growing in both men & women. However, most studies done with saw palmetto used 500mg doses at minimum. If the EuNatural’s proprietary mens health blend is 745mg total for a combined list of ingredients, I am doubtful that 500mg of that is comprised of saw palmetto alone. So I am doubtful that the suggested serving size of 2 capsules will do much to stop hair loss. However studies of only 200-300mg daily saw palmetto reported improvement in prostate health. So overall as a multivitamin, the RDA amounts are exceeded for A, Bs, C, D, E, zinc, biotin, copper, selenium, iodine. Meaning as a multivitamin it checks all the boxes for men’s health and adds a few herbs that may be beneficial as well. Worth a try since the Ingredients are quality tested and controlled., and the price is affordable for a 30 day supply.

My husband is a multivitamin fanatic and takes these on a daily basis. No complaints about the taste or smell and super easy to swallow. Noticeable difference in overall health and eliminating fatigue. Would highly recommend for anyone searching for a good multivitamin!
